Uzbekistan has 8322 medical and disease prevention organizations, including 1018 hospitals, 3825 medical clinics and rural medical organizations
More than 4500 preparations are now registered in Uzbekistan. More than 2000 of them are produced by foreign pharmaceutical companies, about 1300 are produced by CIS countries, and there are 250 substances and diagnostic methods, More than 300 kinds of drugs are registered and produced in Uzbekistan. At present, more than 80 overseas pharmaceutical companies operate in Uzbekistan. The largest pharmaceutical companies are mainly from Russia, Ukraine, Germany, Poland, France and the United States. Before the independence of Uzbekistan in 1991, there was only one pharmaceutical factory and most of the drugs needed were imported from other countries. After independence, Uzbekistan has developed to 18 pharmaceutical factories, including 6 domestic pharmaceutical factories and 12 joint venture pharmaceutical factories established with Britain, Germany, India, Czech Republic, Switzerland and Turkey. About 300 kinds of commonly used drugs are produced, However, it is far from meeting the domestic market demand. There are more than 800 kinds of commonly used drugs in Ukraine, and all of them need to be imported. In addition, 60% of the raw materials for drug production also rely on imports
We hope to have better development in this potential industry，At the same time, we need your support.
