Decoding Line-Link® Expo at Pharma West Africa 2026

Apr 15, 2026

It is an honor for Line-Link® to once again exhibit at Pharma West Africa 2026, engaging directly with local partners and clients while exploring the evolving state of pharmaceutical manufacturing and the industry’s increasing demand for resilience, compliance, and operational reliability. This presence reflects our continued commitment to strengthening collaboration within the region and advancing the standards of controlled environment engineering.

This year, we present our full range of pharmaceutical cleanroom solutions - from cleanroom partition systems to integrated pharmaceutical utilities and process equipment - designed for direct engagement with industry stakeholders. Aligned with EU GMP Annex 1, US FDA cGMP, and ISO 14644, Line-Link’s approach spans the complete lifecycle of controlled environments, from initial concept design through to validated operational performance across sterile, non-sterile, and microbiological applications. This ensures compliance-driven engineering is embedded from the outset, enabling pharmaceutical facilities robust, efficient, and future-ready.

When: April 14-16, 2026 | 9:00 a.m.-19:00 p.m.

Where: Landmark Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos

Venue: 1B05

As turnkey cleanroom solution provider, Line-Link® integrates EPC delivery and in-house manufacturing under a single operating framework. Built on over 20 years of engineering experience, its operation is defined by one principle: every facility must be delivered as a fully controlled, transparent, and performance-driven system.

One-stop Cleanroom System

Cleanroom Envelope

① Fire-rated, VHP/H₂O₂-resistant wall systems with validated surface compatibility

② Walkable ceiling systems with airtightness and acoustic insulation

③ Full-spectrum medical doors (swing, sliding, roll-up) designed for pressure stability

HVAC System

Air filtration: HEPA/ULPA staged filtration aligned with ISO classification

② Air change rates: Defined by process risk and cleanliness class

③ Pressure differentials: Cascading regimes to prevent contamination ingress

④ Temperature & humidity: Tight control bands based on process and product sensitivity

Airflow patterns: Unidirectional (laminar) flow for aseptic zones; turbulence-controlled for others

Pharma Utilities & Process Equipment

Water Treatment System

①PWG (Purified Water Generator) produces high‑purity water from potable feed, which then feeds a multi‑effect water distiller to generate Water for Injection (WFI) – the essential medium for parenteral products.

②PSG (Pure Steam Generator) produces pyrogen‑free steam for sterilizing distribution loops, bioreactors, and filling line components, while the distribution loop continuously circulates WFI or purified water at controlled temperature to every user point, from formulation tanks to cleanroom sinks

③ Solution Preparation System then formulates buffers, cleaning solutions, or liquid drug intermediates using that WFI, ready for filling.

Together, the dedicated clean utility ensures that every water‑dependent process – from non‑sterile blending to sterile injectable filling – receives the correct purity grade at the right point of use.

About Expo

Pharma West Africa 2026 Conference is organized by BtoB Events Limited, Trade Show Organisers Nigeria Ltd. It stands as Sub-Saharan Africa’s largest and most influential pharmaceutical trade exhibition and conference, serving as a pivotal B2B platform for the regional healthcare and manufacturing ecosystem. Hosted annually in Lagos, Nigeria - the commercial hub of West Africa - the 2026 third-edition event takes place at Landmark Centre, Victoria Island, from April 14 to 16.
