Cleanroom Panel Solutions for Global Pharmaceutical & High-Tech Industries

Designed for the most demanding cleanroom environments — from pharmaceutical sterile manufacturing to biotech laboratories and semiconductor fabs — Line-Link® cleanroom panel systems are engineered to comply with ISO 14644, GMP, and international fire standards including EN 13501, NFPA, and AS/NZS requirements. Every system is manufactured under strict quality control and third-party tested to ensure long-term reliability, regulatory compliance, contamination control, and operational efficiency across global projects.

① High Bond Strength

Single magnesium rockwool panels achieve up to 0.15 MPa bond strength with 85%–98% peeling performance, effectively preventing surface bulging, edge lifting, delamination, and core separation during continuous sanitization and long-term operation. Suitable for pharmaceutical cleanrooms, disinfection zones, and high-moisture sterile environments.

② Industry-Leading Load Resistance

Tested according to ASTM E72-22 Section 13 by Intertek, the 50mm rockwool sandwich panel demonstrated outstanding concentrated load resistance under a 4.45 kN (≈454 kg) load. No deformation, cracking, or structural failure was observed, making the system suitable for walkable ceilings and ceiling-mounted cleanroom process equipment.

③ Enhanced Fire Resistance

100mm rockwool cleanroom panels achieve up to 160-minute fire resistance, supporting high-risk pharmaceutical production zones, solvent storage areas, and regulated manufacturing environments requiring enhanced fire protection.

④ Thermal Insulation Efficiency

100mm double magnesium and double gypsum rockwool panels achieve thermal conductivity as low as 0.32 W/m²·K, helping reduce heat transfer and HVAC energy consumption in controlled cleanroom environments.

⑤ Advanced Surface Systems

Optional PVDF, PE, anti-static, and stainless steel surface systems provide resistance against hydrogen peroxide, ethanol, and aggressive disinfectants. Precision manufacturing with ≤1 mm diagonal tolerance supports airtight installation and stable contamination control performance.

⑥ Global Compliance Standards

Non-combustible Class A core materials are certified to EN 13501, NFPA, and AS/NZS standards, enabling worldwide pharmaceutical, biotech, laboratory, semiconductor, and healthcare project applications.
