The new-generation flash evaporation jet vaporization technology enables complete vaporization of liquid H₂O₂. The unique temperature tracking technology ensures thorough H₂O₂ vaporization. Sterilization time and disinfectant usage are automatically calculated. Equipped with H14/HEPA filters to guarantee the purity of VHP. The evaporation and liquid supply units are available in 4 to 8 sets, allowing flexible configuration based on sterilization space requirements. Rapid VHP generation with high gas output ensures fast sterilization, enabling VHP production within 10 minutes after power-on. Fully compliant with 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
