The system ensures a 1.0-hour fire rating and a 0.86 W/m²·K thermal transmittance. Its 0.8mm galvanized frame and 1.0mm reinforcements maintain a rigid, zero-deflection profile under heavy loads, while ≤1mm diagonal tolerance and 0.068 MPa bonding strength ensure a hermetic seal over spans up to 10,000mm.
