HB Gel-Seal HEPA Box is the critical terminal interface for high-purity air distribution systems. Engineered specifically for ISO Class 5–8 environments, this series serves as the final protective housing for terminal HEPA filters. The core of the HB series is its precision-machined knife-edge, which penetrates the filter’s liquid gel tank to create a 100% airtight, bypass-free seal. Unlike mechanical gasket housings, our gel-seal architecture eliminates the risks of gasket degradation or uneven compression. Constructed with cold-rolled steel or stainless steel with a high-durability epoxy finish, the HB series ensures uniform air diffusion and absolute sealing integrity for pharmaceutical Grade A zones, biotech labs, and precision medical facilities.
