Line-Link™ ULPA Series represents the highest tier of atmospheric purification, engineered for environments that demand air quality beyond the capabilities of standard HEPA systems. Designed for ISO Class 1–3 environments, these filters provide a validated efficiency of ≥99.9995% at the Most Penetrating Particle Size (MPPS).
WHY US
-
Elite Efficiency Threshold
While HEPA filters are rated at 99.995%, our ULPA series delivers 99.9995%. This 100-fold increase in particle retention is the critical difference required for sub-micron lithography and high-containment biosafety.
-
Ultra-Low Resistance Engineering
Our specialized media lofting allows for an initial resistance of ≤25Pa, whereas standard filters often start at 100Pa+. This allows HVAC systems to operate at significantly lower RPMs, extending motor life and reducing vibration.
-
MPPS Validation Certainty
Each ULPA unit undergoes rigorous scanning to ensure zero leaks at the most vulnerable particle sizes. This technical rigor provides the certainty needed to pass the most demanding facility validation audits in the world.
