Mist Shower System, equipped with an ultrasonic atomization system producing a fine water mist, efficiently atomizes water into minute droplets. These droplets, with their large surface area, rapidly adhere to and encapsulate dust particles on cleanroom garments, preventing their dispersion and protecting personnel. Upon passing through the mist shower, workers can directly remove their outer garments and exit the cleanroom, ensuring that harmful particulate matter is not carried out of the controlled environment, thereby safeguarding both personnel and the external environment.

Our Mist Shower utilizes a high-pressure pump to create fine mists from water or specific disinfectants, effectively encapsulating and removing contaminants such as dust, microbes, and harmful chemicals from personnel or items.
Integrated with a Siemens touchscreen and PLC system, our Mist Shower allows for easy setting of misting and air-blowing parameters, enabling automated operation and real-time monitoring with fault alert capabilities, ensuring stable and efficient equipment performance.
The entire unit is made from 304 stainless steel, which is not only rust and dust resistant but also easy to clean and maintain.
The internal corners are designed at 45°, facilitating cleaning and wiping. The bottom is equipped with a stainless steel grille, sump, and drainage outlet, while the doors feature safety glass observation windows. The supply air is filtered through H14 liquid seal high-efficiency filters, maintaining a slight negative pressure within the unit compared to the surrounding environment.
Our Mist Shower can be tailored to client requirements, offering a range of options including temperature control systems, air supply and exhaust systems, and air-blowing systems.
Equipped with H14 efficiency filters, our Mist Shower ensures that the air within the unit remains clean even when not in the misting cycle, with a filtration efficiency of 99.99% for particles above 0.3 microns.
The PLC controller features a visual touch screen, allowing for the display of the misting process and status. Any abnormalities trigger an internal alarm, with real-time alerts displayed on the screen, and administrators can adjust the misting cycle and change the blowing time, with multi-level management access settings for different operational levels.
